We want you to love your Snag pieces, but if the fit isn't perfect, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All returned apparel must be in original, unwashed condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
